Insights Discovery Training for Businesses
Help your team understand how each person communicates, and turn those differences into their greatest strength.
Help your team understand how each person communicates, and turn those differences into their greatest strength.
Clients
Netflix, AstraZeneca and Danone have already applied this model with their teams.

The challenge
It’s not about everyone thinking the same way — it’s about learning to understand each other better. When a team shares a common language for talking about their preferences, strengths, and ways of working, people feel more heard and understood, and adapting to one another stops being a struggle and becomes an advantage.
Methodology
Each participant completes a short questionnaire before the session.
The team works together on these profiles: how each style communicates, where misunderstandings arise, and how to adapt communication between different styles.
On the day of the session, each participant receives their personal profile and supporting materials to keep the model alive.
A few weeks after the workshop, each person has a 1:1 session to work through any questions about their profile and reinforce their personal action plan.
Half-day or full-day format, in person or online. Available in Spanish or English.
The model
Insights Discovery describes behavioural styles through four colour energies. None is better than another — every team needs a mix of all four to function well.

Success stories
With a team at Ferrovial, we ran a 4-session Insights Discovery process focused on individual self-awareness and how each style interprets the same situations differently. The result: a team with stronger cohesion and mutual trust, equipped with concrete tools to keep communicating better day to day.
The Seat team wanted a first introduction to Insights Discovery: understanding their individual styles and how they combined within the group. In a single day, each person discovered their Personal Profile, and the team came away with a new shared language for talking about how each of them works.
With the Danone team, the goal was to go one step beyond individual profiles: building a concrete day-to-day action plan together. Over 2 working sessions, the team moved from self-awareness to shared agreements on communication and collaboration.
