After years working alongside teams at major international companies, I learned something that changed the way I work: a team’s results don’t depend on strategy alone — they depend on how well people understand one another.
Certified in Insights Discovery and Coaching, I’ve worked with more than 150 organizations across the US and Europe — from multinationals like Netflix, AstraZeneca, and Danone to teams just starting their own growth journey — helping them reach high performance and transform how their teams and leaders communicate, collaborate, and perform.
